Good day,
I am having trouble getting my X52 Pro to work on Windows 10. It has worked before (I've owned it for about 6 months), but I'm not sure what caused it to cease working. The recent Windows update may be relevant, I'm not sure.
Nevertheless, when it is plugged in, everything is lit except the MFD and the throttle control position markers. It is listed as an 'Unkown Device' in Windows Device manager. I've tried a clean install of the latest Saitek drivers (http://prntscr.com/9r2fid). During the installation process of the driver it prompts me to plug in the HOTAS but it does not recognize it. I've tried the 2 front USB 2.0 ports, 2 rear USB 2.0 ports, and a few USB 3.0 ports. I've also tried rebooting my computer and various combinations of having the HOTAS unplugged or plugged in prior to the driver install process.
Lastly, I've tried 'Update Driver' in Device Manager but to no avail. (http://prntscr.com/9r2fbk)
I am considering reinstalling Windows 10, but I'm not sure if that will even work.
Any help will be appreciated.
